c4f2e07a4b Detect idle inhibition on subsurfaces

* idle_inhibit.c (DetectSurfaceIdleInhibit): Handle subsurfaces;
when an inhibitor attached to a subsurface is displayed, check
if the subsurface's root is focused or not.

SetBoundsSize and the configure event arriving, also confusing
the window manager.
