* Imakefile (EXTRA_DEFINES, DEPEND_DEFINES, ANALYZE, OPTIMIZE):
Make port and compiler specific.
* compositor.h: Update compiler-specific defines.
* fns.c (PortPopcount): New function.
* seat.c (MaskPopCount): Use Popcount macro.
